We have completed deposing 10 witnesses including myself. We agreed on a
confidentiality agreement in Federal Court.
Documentation and deposition testimony designated confidential is not to be published on
this website. None of the witness deposition testimony was designated as confidential.
I will be doing a series of videos, the depositions provided much information and I find that
the story I will be telling to be revealing into how things at PCH really work.
In good faith I removed three videos. The original three videos will be posted as part of the
series of videos when the entire series on witness deposition testimony is completed.
Sorry for the delay it takes time to script, produce and to research.
