We have received discovery documentation per the guidelines of the confidentialllity
moving forward.

Josephus Daniels (1862-1948) was appointed Secretary of the U.S. Navy by
President Woodrow Wilson in 1913. Among his numerous reforms of the Navy was
the abolition of the officers wine mess. From that time on, the strongest drink aboard
navy ships was coffee and over the years, a cup of coffee became known as
"a cup of
Joe".

To: Marty Baron, Mary Denisienko and Ken Lash, every time you drink a cup of coffee I
want you to think of it as a "
Cup of Joe Mirocha " every time you see or smell a cup of
coffee, for you to think
 a " Cup of Joe Mirocha ". This is the seed I am planting in your
minds, a constant reminder of  wrongful terminations, age discrimination, retaliation,
intentional infliction of emotional distress and a hostile work environment.

To employees at PCH: Have a "cup of Joe" in support of this complaint in federal court,

I have posted the salaries of the Vice Presidents of Palos Community Hospital
click on the" VP Salaries " button.

Compensation that ranges to over 1/2 million dollars a year. Wow !

Eight  (8) Vice Presidents cost PCH 3 Million dollars a year.

Yet PCH took away 1/2 of the sick pay payout from the working man, money you
were promised and worked for 7 years to earn. Taken away each year just in time
for Christmas. Ho Ho Ho Merry Christmas !

for PCH employees, current or former who will share information and their
opinions with  him, hopefully openly, he is willing to withhold names for the
sake of confidentiality. If you would like to talk to him please send me your

Based on deposition testimony and recently obtained documentation there
will be a motion filed in Federal court nest week that will affect every former
employee of Palos Community Hospital. The litigation in this case is
At the end of next week I will be asking every former employee to take
actions regarding Palos Community Hospital.

So if you know any employee that has retired, quit or was fired from Palos
Community Hospital let them know I will be posting information regarding
the Employee Retirement Income Security Act as it applies to an agreement
Palos Community Hospital made with every employee once their
employment is terminated for any reason.

I am asking every former employee to make a request to paid for sick hours
you were not paid when terminated.

If you retired, quit or were fired makes no difference per the Palos
Community Hospital Sick Time policy.
